JIIG-CAL Australia is a world class career guidance software development organisation, successfully operating nationally and internationally since 1992. At least annually it undertakes significant improvements and updating of software to meet the needs and expectations of career practitioners and their clients/students as well as the changing nature of the world of work.

The high quality software we produce and distribute was originally built on the outstanding achievements of the Careers Research Centre at Edinburgh University (UK), and in particular the pioneering research and development work carried out by Dr S J Closs and his dedicated team. Jointly over twenty million dollars worth of research and development have been invested in our software. This ensures not only high reliability and validity, but also software carefully crafted to meet the career guidance needs of young people and adults of all ability levels, and their career practitioners.

High quality software is supported by our dedicated and well qualified staff who are here to ensure that back-up services are quick and responsive to your needs. For example, suggestions for software improvements which come in regularly from experienced career practitioners are taken very seriously. Each year around eighty percent of suggestions are captured in the following year's release.
